TASTING NOTES 

One of the finest examples of the Barnea variety we’ve come across, this intense early harvest olive oil is exceedingly fruity on the nose combining notes of tropical fruit, green apple peel and banana with a lovely lingering pepper. While we consider it to be robust, it only has a modicum of bitterness.

TASTING NOTES 

Our Peruvian Reserve is a single estate crush made from Barnea, Arbequina, Coratina and Kalamata olives. It has a creamy mouth feel, green apple notes and displays both floral and leafy green vegetal flavors.

TASTING NOTES 

This example of Picual has a fruity nose and displays notes of banana, arugula, and tomato leaf with a slight pepper finish. We are proud to offer this as our oil highest in healthy MUFA (Oleic) at 81.4% lending extended shelf life, durability, and health benefits. This oil has mass appeal and takes points for being so intensely aromatic in the delicate category. Fruitiness score of 7!

TASTING NOTES 

This limited production early Kalamata has intense pepper on the finish with a wasabi like pungency and notes of apple, savory herb, creamy artichoke and almond. The combination of picking the fruit extremely early and minimal processing resulted in high phenol content and a very high Oleocanthal content (147ppm), indicative of the peppery sensation found in very early Kalamata fruit!

TASTING NOTES 

Our high phenol limited production Favolosa is an example of a robust oil that contains a significant amount of fruitiness. It displays aromas of dry herb and sweet grass, a pronounced berry center with a lingering peppery finish and moderate bitterness arugula and radicchio. Slightly astringent.

TASTING NOTES 

Notes of crisp green apple peel and fresh cut grass give way to a malty, savory herb center with hints of nutmeg. This uncommon Italian variety is closely related to the classic Italian variety, Frantoio and this more complex version shares some of the same variety characteristics.

High fruitiness scores with equal parts bitterness and pungency.
